This course provides a solid foundation in agency, professional standards and fair housing.

Students will explore the concepts of agency including dual agency, buyer agency and statutory agency. A review of the current changes to the code of ethics and a brief overview of the professional standards process including sanctions available for violations of the code are also part of this class. In the fair housing section students will review such issues as; megan’s law, intent vs effect in discrimination and advertising.
