The first part of the course will give you a fuller understanding of the mortgage and the note and other documents your buyer will be signing at closing. The second half will focus on explaining the HUD1 sheet and how the adjustments are made and how the HUD1 and Good Faith estimate are interrelated.
So many of the documents prepared for settlement are created by third parties or a computer program. Knowing how these documents are prepared and what they mean is part of the client service that professional real estate licensees provide.
