Title insurance is an aspect of the real estate transaction that has the potential to seriously affect settlement. This course seeks to give licensees the knowledge to facilitate the open, honest, and respectful communications necessary to bring about a satisfactory conclusion to the transaction. Students will identify common title issues that could delay settlement and how to effectively guide their clients to the closing table.
