Members are now able to remit their complete dues payment for the 2012 membership year. Like the past two years, members currently have two cycles (with correspondingly higher dues amounts) in which to choose to remit their 2012 payment.

Please note that notification of the dues has beem sent exclusively via email beginning October 3 with subsequent notices also sent via email through the final January 31, 2012 deadline. As with any membership dues payment, any and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Remember to make your full payment during Cycle 3 to maintain your membership.  If you should let your membership lapse for non-payment, you will lose access to membership benefits including FREE ZipForms, the REALTORS Property Resource, the electronic keypad system and more.  Also note that if you continue to maintain an active real estate license in a REALTOR office, your broker/manager will receive a non-member assessment as part of their membership dues obligation.
