The Pennsylvania seller disclosure law requires sellers to disclose to the buyer all known material defects about the property being sold. The following questions will be addressed in this session:

• What is a material defect?
• Are there limits on disclosure?
• What role do the selling and buying agent have in disclosure?

Past and recent litigation involving seller disclosure will be part of the discussion.
